Giggly Party currently ships within Australia.
1. Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options within Australia:
Standard Shipping
- Shipping fee: $11 AUD
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 AUD or more
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping
- Shipping fee: $15 AUD
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume and other circumstances.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
3. Delivery Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Giggly Party is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
4. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, peak periods or other unforeseen events.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and any relevant information or photographs so that we can investigate the issue with the delivery carrier.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
